The 20th EDITION of Late Modupeoreoluwa Aboaba
The 20th EDITION of Late Modupeoreoluwa Aboaba Widows Assistance Fund disbursement of interest free loans to widows in Igbajo held today,6th July,2023 with 37 beneficiaries. The amounts given out ranged between N20,000.00 to N100,000..00 per beneficiary.
Many of the past beneficiaries testified to the great impact the loan has had in their lives and those of their wards. They were grateful to God and thanked the Aboaba Family for affording them the opportunity to benefit from the fund. They also thanked the Trustees of the Fund, led by Engineer Akinwumi Rotimi for efficient management of the fund and their regular pre-loan guidance and tutelage.
Speaking at the occasion, Chief Moses Inaolaji Aboaba,on behalf of himself and his family thanked God for enabling his family to positively impact the lives of the Widows, a critical sector of the most vulnerable in society, through the Fund and promised to intesify efforts at ensuring that more eligible Widows benefit from the Fund.
Mr Shakiru Abidemi Onifade,an SLT Diploma 1 student of Igbajo Polythecnic from Ikire, Irewole Local Goverment of Osun State, was given the 2023 grant for all- round best student by the Fund. Glory be to God.
